A fresh layer of snow took me out with my camera and my pups one chilly Wednesday morning. The chill in the air kept the crowds at bay as we made our way down the windy trail. The sun was bright and the sky was extra blue covering us with joy on what ended up being our last walk together before one of my pups crossed the rainbow bridge two days later. I didn't know that day that that walk would be her last, but she was happy and pain-free in that moment, and I will hold that memory close in my heart forever.
