On my second day in Venice, I had planned to get on the waterbus that went down the Grand Canal at sunset. But I got on the wrong line that took me around the entire perimeter of Venice instead. So at sunset, I was out on what felt more like the sea (bordering on ocean because I had to pop a dramamine!) instead of the canal. I ended up capturing the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, which was a gift in disguise. I really love this photo and the magestic beauty it portrays.
